This article critiques the Body Mass Index (BMI) as an inaccurate measure of body fat, noting that its simplistic formula fails to account for abdominal visceral fat and misleads short and tall people about their weight status. It presents an alternative body fat calculator as a more accurate tool for assessing health risks related to body composition.
