A recurring theme in my work is the movement of people around the globe. Here are some projects and stories I have done under the theme.

Future of citizenship (2021-Present)

I investigated the origin of the concept of citizenship, its evolution in the physical and virtual space, and its future forms for a thesis project at the Design Research, Writing and Criticism program at School of Visual Arts. The final outcomes include an essay, a podcast and a board game.

Passports (2024)

A series of RISO-printed “passports” for sale, each examining the inequality in freedom of movement for the perspective of beholder’s country.

The internal pages feature a series of graphics illustrating the ease or the difficulty of migration based on the birthplace.
