View project ↗Related to the job style quiz, I analyzed BLS data on job requirements and wages across hundreds of occupations to show the physical profile of America’s highest-paid workers: They sit about six hours a day, stand or walk for two, work at a steady pace, and never get wet. The story showed how physical working conditions correlated with pay — active, fast-paced, or moisture-exposed jobs consistently earned less.
